From legacy to relevance: How a 30-year-old fashion house redefined its presence — without losing its soul.
📍 WHO THEY ARE
Style & Beads isn’t just a studio. It’s a legacy. For over 30 years, this Manhattan atelier has been crafting handmade evening gowns with the kind of discipline and elegance that doesn’t chase trends — it outlasts them.
Founded by a father with an eye for craftsmanship, now led by his daughter with a vision for modern presence — the studio stands for quiet luxury, structured silhouettes, and timeless Indian glamour.
But even the most respected names must evolve.
❓ THE CHALLENGE
Despite their unmatched quality and years of content — the results were underwhelming. Polished shoots, consistent posting, and thousands spent on visuals... yet no meaningful traction.
No waitlists. No spike in fittings. No digital presence that matched their reputation.
Because the issue wasn’t what they posted — it was how they framed it.
The work was masterful. But the Instagram felt like a brochure — not an experience.
🧠 THE STRATEGY
We didn’t just make Reels. We honored the weight of the brand, while designing a visual language that made sense in 2025.
Instead of adding more content, we restructured the story:
– Crafted interactive short-form videos like “Choose Your Look”– Designed scenes that embedded cues of heritage, luxury, and femininity: candlelight, heirloom jewelry, slow panning shots, intimate spaces– Positioned each dress not as a product, but as a moment of transformation
We weren’t there to modernize their identity. We were there to translate it — so the right audience could finally see what had always been there.
📈 THE RESULT
📈 Engagement doubled in under one month👗 A single ad converted into two full-price sales — covering the production cost📩 DMs shifted from generic likes to serious inquiries: “Do you do fittings?” “Can I reserve this one?”
More importantly, the brand felt seen — by clients and by the new generation of its leadership.
💬 WHY IT WORKED
Because the daughter didn’t want to start over. She wanted to build on what her father created — with strategy, clarity, and content that understood the value of legacy.
We didn’t change the brand. We helped it speak fluently to today’s luxury buyer — someone who wants to feel chosen, understood, and subtly admired.
That’s what authentic social media content can do.Not sell the dress.Sell the feeling of being the woman who wears it.
👉 If your brand has history, it deserves better than trend-chasing content.
We build Instagram systems that match the depth of your work — not distract from it.
